Wallin Woods is a 218 lot single-family home development across the DuPage River from the existing quaint downtown in Plainfield, IL. Plainfield Residential Partners, LLC completed the land development of all the single family lots in 2002 and Plainfield Commercial Partners, LLC attracted the Village of Plainfield to construct its new Village Hall on one of the commercial outlots in 2001.
