Meridian Development Partners provided development management services for Bulk Resources, Heniff Transportation, and Dedicated Trailer Cleaning Services for the New Orleans Tank Wash and Bulk Liquid Transloading project.  The facility provides numerous Fortune 500 chemical companies with truck tank trailer and rail tank car cleaning services as well as liquid rail-to-truck transload capabilities.  The high capacity rail siding is served by the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad which connects with all six major railroads in the US.  The tank wash facility currently has four truck trailer cleaning bays, expandable to eight truck trailer cleaning bays, as well as two rail tank car cleaning bays.
