Meridian Development Partners is providing development management services for Bulk Resources, Heniff Transportation, and Dedicated Trailer Cleaning Services for the Channelview Tank Wash and Bulk Liquid Transloading project.  The facility provides numerous Fortune 500 chemical companies with truck tank trailer and rail tank car cleaning services as well as liquid rail-to-truck transload capabilities.  The rail siding is served by the Union Pacific Railroad.  The tank wash facility will have four truck trailer cleaning bays and the parts/repair building will have four truck repair bays.
