Antioch Golf Club and Course Residences is an 18-hole golf course residential community featuring 66 single family homes at Fairway Estates and 30 duplexes and 66 townhomes at Fairway Manor, which has lakefront access to the Chain O’Lakes in northern Illinois.  Antioch Golf Venture, LLC completed the residential subdivision in 2001 and recently constructed a brand new Clubhouse facility.
